Serdang, 22 June 2026 – The University Health Centre (PKU), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), participated in the PKU EKSA 2026 briefing held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
The session was conducted by Mdm. Shamriza binti Shari, an Administrative Officer and PKU EKSA Facilitator from the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Industry and Community Relations), UPM; it was organized online by the PKU EKSA Training and Go Green Committee. The PKU EKSA 2026 briefing aimed to raise awareness and strengthen the understanding of PKU staff regarding the implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). It sought to enhance commitment to EKSA standards and foster a work environment culture that is clean, tidy, safe, systematic, conducive, and of high quality, thereby supporting excellent service delivery. Furthermore, the briefing emphasized the roles and responsibilities of every PKU staff member in ensuring the consistent and continuous implementation of EKSA.
It also served to share information on assessment criteria, best practices, and necessary improvement measures to ensure compliance with EKSA standards and to elevate the quality of the work environment and service delivery.
