UPM, 17 April 2026 – The Registrar’s Office of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has conducted the Job and Organisational Self-Audit (AKPO) at the University Health Centre (PKU), UPM on 17 April 2026 (Friday), from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

This audit was carried out following the AKPO briefing session held on 4 March 2026, as part of continuous efforts to strengthen human resource governance and ensure compliance with the university’s organisational and staffing structure.

The audit focused on reviewing documents related to staffing, organisational structure, and departmental functions at PKU. Among the documents reviewed were the Function Chart, Organisation Chart, Job Description (JD) obtained from the HRPortal, permanent and contract staff records, as well as other supporting documents based on the distributed checklist.

Two auditors were appointed for this audit, namely Mr. Mohammad Fakarrudeen bin Zulkifli from the Registrar’s Office, UPM, and Mr. Mohamad Nazrin bin Osman from the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Hospital (HSAAS), UPM.

PKU UPM extends its highest appreciation and gratitude to the auditors and all staff involved for their commitment, dedication, and cooperation in ensuring the smooth implementation of the audit process.
