May 7, Serdang - The University Health Center, UPM received a Benchmark visit from the University Health Center, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (PKU UTM). This delegation was led by YBhg. Dr. Mohd Firdaus Akmal Azman with a strength of 7 staff consisting of medical officers, pharmacy officers, administrative officers and implementation staff.

The presence of this delegation arrived at 10.00 am and was welcomed by the Head of PKU UPM, Dr Arma Noor. Among the contents of this visit is sharing about the operation and achievements of UPM's PKU, facility equipment, human resources, staff and student medical schemes, joint ventures with other agencies or Centers of Responsibility as well as staff development programs.

The visit which ended at 1.00 pm was also attended by the Head of the UPM PKU Division.

Hopefully the visit this time can give some input and insight to PKU UTM to implement the institution's goals and wishes to meet the needs of customers.
