SERDANG, 24 January 2025 - The "AKU NAK SIHAT" SIRI 1 program was organized by the Auxilliary Police & Security Center (APSeC) in collaboration with the Universiti Putra Malaysia Health Center. This program is an initiative to promote health awareness involving medical and dental health. This event took place at the Dewan SUKSIS, Universiti Putra Malaysia and was attended by 30 APSeC staff members who also showed a high commitment in participating in the program.

As part of efforts to raise awareness about healthy lifestyles and maintaining optimal health, various activities have been prepared, including Fit by Beat, medical check-ups, dental check-ups, as well as health-themed talks.
A total of 7 staff from the Dental Department of Universiti Putra Malaysia Health Center (PKU UPM) have participated in this program in free dental checkups and consultation sessions. One of the sessions that got attention was the talk on dental care delivered by Dr. Munirah. In the talk, Dr. Munirah emphasized on the importance of keeping teeth and mouth clean, as well as simple ways that can be done to ensure that teeth remain healthy throughout life.

This program received a positive response from participants who had the opportunity to undergo a health check-up and obtain useful information to take care of their body's well-being. The organizers hope that programs like this can continue to further increase community awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and continuous health care.
