Led by Matron Nurhazalina as Chairperson of the EKSA Audit Committee, the audit team comprised six auditors. The process began at 8:30 AM and concluded at 4:45 PM.
The audit findings were presented online on 16 June 2026 to all PKU staff, ensuring continuous improvement and preparation for the second HKIP evaluation.
Overall, both zones demonstrated excellent performance, achieving strong scores in EKSA implementation. This success reflects the commitment and ongoing cooperation of all staff in creating a clean, organized, safe, and conducive work environment, while adopting best practices that enhance corporate image and workplace quality culture.
Despite the encouraging results, several areas still require improvement, such as standardization of displays and labeling, wiring management, storage practices, and facility maintenance. With systematic follow-up actions and sustained commitment from all staff, EKSA implementation is expected to be further strengthened, ensuring that the excellence achieved can be maintained in the future.
