SERDANG, 15 July – The Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Health Centre (PKU) remains committed to fostering an excellent workplace environment through the continuous implementation of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA). This commitment was demonstrated through the successful completion of the Second-Level EKSA Assessment Session and the recent organisation of the departmental-level EKSA Awards Ceremony.

On 14 July, PKU UPM successfully underwent the Second-Level EKSA Assessment Session in conjunction with the Quality and Service Innovation Day (HKIP) 2025/2026. The assessment was conducted by invited assessors, ChM. Zaidina Mohd. Daud, Science Officer from the Faculty of Science, and Ts. Rosliza Ibrahim, Information Technology Officer from the Information Development and Communication Centre (iDEC). The management and staff of PKU UPM extend their heartfelt appreciation to the assessment panel for sharing their expertise and providing valuable, constructive feedback throughout the evaluation process.

   Various award categories were presented by the Director of the Universiti Health Centre in recognition of outstanding achievements across the different zones and units. Among the major awards presented were the Best Auditee Award, jointly received by Orchid Zone and Rose Zone. Other recognitions included the Best Medical Consultation Room Award, Best Workplace Improvement Award (Most Significant Transformation), Best Dental Treatment Room Award, Best Service Counter Award, and the Best EKSA Zone Award.

      The organisation of these two programmes not only fulfilled the requirements of the university-level HKIP assessment but also reflected PKU UPM's unwavering commitment to ensuring that its healthcare service delivery system continues to operate at the highest standard for the benefit of its clients.

    The cheerful, organised, and safe work culture cultivated through EKSA is expected to remain a driving force in enhancing productivity and sustaining excellence among the staff of the Universiti Putra Malaysia Health Centre.
