On May 13, 2019, at the meeting room of PKU, an audit was conducted for the formulation of distribution as well as restructuring of non-academic staff project for the Administrative Assistant (Clerical / Operations) and the Office Secretary under the implementation of the Human Resource Management Division, Registrar's Office, UPM. This audit has been implemented to all Administrative Assistants (Clerical / Operations) at the University Health Center, UPM.
The auditors are Mrs. Zufliha Zakaria, Mr Taib Othman and Mrs. Shammizah Ahmad. The scope of the audit aims to establish a right sizing distribution formulation plan and implement restructuring of staff job scope to optimize work force resources. The audit ended at 12:00 noon.
