Function

The Administrative and Finance Section is responsible in the planning and monitoring of General Administration, Human Resource Management and Finance Management of UHC. This section is headed by a Senior Assistant Registrar and supported by Assistant Administrative Officer, Administrative Assistant (Finance), Administrative Assistant (Clerical and Operational), Operational Assistant, Driver (Vehicle/Ambulance) and General Worker.  

The division has 3 sections with different duties and functions :

• Administrative, Financial & Quality Section
• Training Section
• Logistic/ Ambulance Section
