UNIVERSITY HEALTH CENTRE, 17 FEB - It has been more than 1 year since Mr. Syafiq Rabbani first enrolled into our Quit Smoking Programme (MQuit) and at last he has successfully quitted smoking. Heartfelt congratulations on his well-deserved success from his strong and persevered determination. 

He had multiple attempts of quitting previously but was not successful due to multiple challenges including nicotine withdrawal symptoms. However, this time with strong mental motivation  and preparation from past experience he has managed to overcome the challenges to become a successful quitter.

Throughout his journey in the MQuit programme he was encouraged and guided by Dr. Siti Azlidah and Mr. Muhammad Elya Saffuan. Despite MCOs and limited opportunity for consultation, Mr. Syafiq was still able to finish the programme thrivingly.

A small event was organized by University Health Centre to congratulate Mr. Syafiq personal achievement. He was awarded with an appreciation souvenir and certificate from our MQuit team. May this successful story ignites strong motivation and determination for smokers to quit their smoking habits.
