On 10th July 2019 Ex-iLab a lean project group from UPM Health Centre had done a benchmarking visit to its counterpart in UIAM. The visit was attended by 8 Ex-iLab members headed by Dr. Suhyna Binti Mohamad Sulaiman. 

 

The visit was welcomed by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Dinon Bin Mohd and staffs of UIAM Health Centre. The objective of this visit is to gain and share information and experience in handling international student medical check up which includes manpower,  resources involved as well as fund generation. 

 

Through this visit the lean project group has acquired various useful information to help improve their work process in handling international student medical check up. The visit was a success in achieving its objective and was ended at 4pm.
