7 August, Serdang - University Health Centre UPM (PKU UPM) welcomed a benchmarking visit from National Defence University of Malaysia Health Centre (UPNM PK). The delegation, led by YBhg. Dr. Firdaus Baharuddin, Head of the Health Centre at UPNM, including 8 staff members consisting of Medical Officers, Dental Officers, Assistant Registrars, Assistant Medical Officers, Nurses, Assistant Pharmacists, and Health Care Assistants.

The delegation arrived at 8:45 AM and was warmly welcomed by Dr. Arma Noor, the Head of PKU UPM. The purpose of this visit was to observe the operational aspect, particularly in the Pharmacy Division, Dental Health Division, and Emergency & Treatment Division at PKU.

The visit concluded at 1:30 PM, was also attended by the Head of Administration & Finance, the Head of the Pharmacy Department, the Head of the Emergency & Treatment Department, the Head of the Dental Health Department, and the Head of Nursing from PKU UPM.

Hopefully this visit provides valuable insights to PK UPNM, enabling them to achieve their goals and meet customer needs effectively.
