University Health Center (UHC) PKU received nine (9) Master of Human Resource Development (DCE5131) students on April 3, 2019 for the sharing of knowledge in conjunction with the Improvement of Quality in Human Resource Development course.

The visit which started at about 9.00 am and ended at 11am took the PKU Lean Project, i-MeX PKU as a quality culture benchmark in a PTJ organization.

Also present was Associate Prof. Madya Dr. Roziah Ahmad Zahid Rasdi who is also the Head of Professional Development and Continuing Education Department at Faculty of Educational Studies (FPP), UPM. The purpose of this visit is to review and understand the implementation of quality improvement programs practiced by an organization.

UHC through this Lean Project was chosen as a visit location in view of the background and reputation of the organization that meets the requirements of this course.
