UPM Service Quality & Innovation Day 2013 was held last October to mark the importance of creativity and innovation in services offered by our organization. The University Health Center has won two awards : Customer Service Award & Asset Management Award (Third Category). Innovation Day's Pledge pronouncement ceremony was also held, in which three of the University Health Centre Staffs : Matron Maznah Mohamed, SR Rokiah Akhiar & SR Nurlina Chong Abdullah, were chosen to be among the 12 readers. They are also the recipients Vice-Chancellor's Award Winners).Congratulations!
